Kaca is pronounced Kah-Cha. In Indonesian Kaca means glass. We believe our products are the best to help give you clear, dewy skin to get the smooth complexion of glass.

We do an incredible amount of research to ensure that every ingredient we include in our products in there for a reason. We aim to make sure all of our ingredients are not sensitising for the skin

Our ingredients are chosen because they are truly beneficial for the skin. There are also ingredients in each product that improve the shelf-life or boost the stability of the formula, and ingredients that help ensure the product applies well and penetrates the skin.

We formulated our famous hydrating serum with the patented marine active, Hyadisine because we know it is the superior hydrating active! It provides 60% better hydration than Hyaluronic and lasts much longer! It is simply the most effective hydrating active and that is one way that we stand out here at Kaca Cosmetics.

Your skin should start looking and feeling more hydrated immediately! In terms of things like skin brightening and a reduction of break outs, it should take no more than a month of consistent use for you to notice a difference in your skin, though some of our customers see results more quickly than that! We love seeing results so we would love for you to take before and after photos and send them to us so we can celebrate! 

We use ingredients that are excellent for sensitive and oily skin, which means that almost anyone can use our products safely. That said, we do recommend patch testing our products (and any new skincare product you want to try!) prior to using them.

If you are worried, place a small amount of product on your arm or wrist, and, once the product has soaked in, keep the area dry and uncovered for around 24 hours.

If, after this period, no redness, itchiness, or sensitivity has occurred, then it should be fine for you to start using the product in your regular skincare routine!

Yes, absolutely! If preservatives aren't used, the skincare products can begin to grow mould and bacteria. We strictly use in ECOCERT and COSMOS compliant preservatives to make sure that it is suitable for sensitive skin as well as being effective at preventing growth of nasties. 

Like most beauty products, our skincare products do not have expiration dates, but they do have a PAO. A PAO, or period after opening, outlines the time frame within which you should use up a product after opening it for the first time. Continuing to use a product after the PAO has passed means that it may be less effective.

Yes! We worked very hard to make sure all of our products use aluminium packaging, which is more sustainable to create and can be recycled when you’ve used the product up.

A great tip is instead of throwing the packaging into the recycling bin is to reuse our containers! The aluminium jars and bottles are the perfect size for travel and once cleaned can be refilled with your products to be used again. 

We ship with Australia Post, to anywhere in the country, Once you have proceeded to check out, your shipping costs will be calculated.

International shipping to: New Zealand, Indonesia, India, Asia, USA/Canada, Pacific Islands, UK/Ireland, Europe.

Orders placed before 2pm noon Australian Eastern Standard Time will be fulfilled on the same day (excluding weekends, public holidays and other special holidays). Generally shipping should reach you within 2 - 7 business days. It may take longer if you live rural. International shipping will take 3-10 business days depending on which country. If you require your parcel earlier, we also offer express shipping!

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind. If you have received the wrong order, damaged order please contact us and we will provide you instructions on the next steps.
